What These Terms Cover, and What They Do Not
These terms govern your use of this website. They set out the basis on which the content here is published, what you may do with it, and where responsibility sits if something goes wrong. They are deliberately short on legal shorthand.
It matters what these terms are not. They are not the terms of a treatment. This website publishes information about whitening treatments and provides a route for making an enquiry; it does not itself form an agreement to provide treatment to you. Any arrangement for an actual appointment is made separately, after an enquiry, in a direct exchange between you and us. Nothing on this page should be read as setting the terms of that arrangement.
