How to Reach Lipo Freeze

Lipo Freeze is reached by telephone. The number is 03300 105 225, and it is the only route in — no departments to work through and no step between the question and somebody able to answer it. The simplicity is deliberate, though one number and nothing else can look like a business that has not got round to the rest.

Almost every question about non-surgical treatment is a question about a particular body and a particular history — whether treatment is possible with a contraceptive coil fitted, whether an area holds enough fat for a cooling applicator, whether anything can be done about skin loosened by a substantial weight loss. No template answers those. They need somebody who knows the treatments, understands their limits and is prepared to say plainly when none of them apply.

The first conversation is exactly that — a conversation. Nothing is arranged unless you want it arranged, and there is no expectation at the other end that it should end in a treatment, a date or a payment. Plenty of calls finish with somebody deciding to think it over, realising the treatment they had in mind is not the one their concern calls for, or choosing to wait — none of which is treated as a failure.

A conversation that ends in an honest no has done its job as thoroughly as one that ends in an appointment.

What to Expect from the First Conversation

The conversation is unstructured by design, but it tends to cover four things, and knowing them in advance takes the awkwardness out of it. There is no script and no assessment of how likely you are to go ahead.

The Concern, in Your Own Words

You will be asked what is bothering you, in whatever words you find natural. Clinical vocabulary is not expected: an area you dislike in the mirror, or a symptom that has quietly limited what you do, is sufficient.

Which Treatments Might Be Relevant

Once the concern is clear, the treatments that could reasonably address it are explained, along with the ones that could not and why. This narrows the field more often than it widens it.

Whether a Home Visit Is Practical

Because treatment is delivered at home, your location and the room you have in mind are worth establishing early. Coverage extends across England, Scotland and Wales, so distance is rarely the obstacle people expect.

What Happens Next

The call closes with a plain account of the next step — usually a consultation at which medical history is taken and suitability assessed. Nothing is committed to, and no follow-up sequence begins.

Suitability Is Not Settled on the Telephone

Suitability is not decided on the telephone, and nobody at Lipo Freeze will tell you over the phone that a treatment is right for you. A conversation can rule things out — a known contraindication, an expectation the treatment could never meet, an area the technology does not address. It cannot rule things in, because that requires a consultation at which medical history is taken, medication is reviewed and the area itself is examined. That consultation precedes any treatment, in person rather than remotely.

Reading beforehand tends to make the process shorter. The full account of what each treatment does, how many sessions it involves and who it is not appropriate for is set out in detail, and somebody who has read it arrives with sharper questions — which is what turns a general enquiry into a specific one.

Useful Things to Have to Hand

None of this is compulsory, and a conversation will proceed perfectly well without any of it. It is offered because these are the details that most often have to be checked afterwards, turning one conversation into two.

  • The area or the concern. A pocket of fat that has not shifted, a muscle wall that never recovered its strength, loosened skin, an unreliable bladder or a blemish you would rather was gone — naming it is the starting point.
  • Roughly how long it has been a concern. Something that appeared after a pregnancy, after a weight loss or gradually over a decade suggests different causes, and the cause bears on which treatment suits.
  • Relevant medical history. Several categories rule treatments out and are always checked: pregnancy or breastfeeding; metal implants or a contraceptive coil; bleeding disorders or blood thinners; cardiac disorders; epilepsy; an active hernia; an active malignancy; and the cold-related conditions — cryoglobulinemia, cold urticaria, paroxysmal cold haemoglobinuria and Raynaud's — which exclude fat freezing specifically.
  • Any previous aesthetic treatment. What was done, roughly when, to which area and how the result settled. Earlier work in the same place affects what is advisable now and what outcome is realistic.
  • Where you are. Treatment is carried out at home across England, Scotland and Wales, so your location shapes the arrangements rather than whether treatment is available.

Medical history is not a formality: the contraindication lists are genuinely exclusive and each treatment carries its own. Electromagnetic muscle treatment cannot be given to somebody with a coil or a metal implant; controlled cooling cannot be given to somebody whose body reacts abnormally to cold. The full lists sit treatment by treatment on the services page. Earlier treatment matters too, since treated tissue does not always behave as untreated tissue does. The reasoning behind the way Lipo Freeze works is set out on the page explaining the approach.

Where Lipo Freeze Operates

Lipo Freeze operates across England, Scotland and Wales, and every treatment is delivered in the client's own home. The at-home appointment carries no additional cost: the price of a treatment is the price of that treatment, whether the consultant travels to a city centre flat or a house at the end of a rural track.

Aesthetic treatment is unevenly distributed, because clinics cluster where the population is dense. Somebody in a rural county or a smaller market town may face a round trip of several hours for a single session, repeated across a course of appointments, with fuel and a day off work added to the cost. Many decide it is not worth it — a decision made by the map rather than by the treatment.

Removing the journey removes that calculation. The consultant travels with the equipment, sets up in whichever room has been chosen, treats and packs away again, and the standards are identical wherever the appointment takes place — no reduced service for remote addresses, and no premium for reaching them.

A rural postcode changes the length of the drive and nothing else about the treatment that arrives at the end of it.

A home visit does require somewhere private enough to be comfortable for the length of a session, with room for the equipment and a domestic power socket; most people use a bedroom or a living room. Why treatment is delivered this way rather than from a fixed site is set out on the page describing how Lipo Freeze works.

Privacy of Your Enquiry

Enquiries and consultations are private, and handled that way from the first sentence. This matters more in aesthetics than in most fields, because many of the concerns people ring about have not been discussed with anybody — often not even a partner.

Some of the treatments address matters that are difficult to raise. Incontinence is the clearest example: stress incontinence, an overactive bladder and faecal incontinence are common, frequently the result of childbirth or ageing, and surrounded nonetheless by an embarrassment that keeps people quiet for years. Vaginal laxity, dryness and discomfort during intercourse sit in the same territory, as does erectile dysfunction. Anyone raising these subjects will find them discussed in ordinary, unembarrassed language, as the clinical matters they are.

Nothing you say is shared. What is discussed on the telephone, what emerges at consultation and what is recorded during treatment stays within Lipo Freeze, and none of it is passed on for marketing. A home visit is discreet in practical terms too: the consultant arrives without livery or announcement, and no waiting room means nobody sees you arrive. How information is held and what rights you have over it are set out in the privacy policy.

Telephone and Coverage

Telephone: 03300 105 225

Coverage: England, Scotland and Wales.

Lipo Freeze does not operate a public enquiry form, an online chat service or a messaging application service, and there is no published address for correspondence. The telephone is the only contact route, and the number above is the only one in use.

Anything not published on this site is available on request by telephone. Prices for the treatments that carry a published figure appear on the prices page; the rest are quoted at consultation, since cost depends on the areas treated and the number of sessions required. An overview of the whole service sits on the home page.
